27. At the end of the refresher program, the training employer analyzes the member’s ability to practice public accountancy and, within 30 days from the date the program ends, issues a recommendation to the committee formed for this purpose by the board of directors pursuant to paragraph 2 of section 86.0.1 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26). This committee is made up of persons other than members of the board of directors.
